I've held out on reading Lawless, until I could get my hands on the follow up book! I am continuing to love this series and cannot wait to tackle Soulless!
Title: Lawless
Author: T.M. Frazier
Series: King #3
Genre: Romantic Suspense
Thia is prim and proper.
Bear is leather and lawless.
It will never work between them.
It's a lie they almost believe.

Now that Soulless has been released, I decided it was time to begin Bear’s books in the King series. I loved him in the first two books and was excited to get his story, especially seeing what he went through and gave up in the end. I didn’t expect the girl for him would be someone from his past, and that glimpse into a younger Bear had me hooked and eager to continue reading.
Thia ended up on the Beach Ba$tards doorsteps after her whole world was shattered. Seeking the help of Bear she finds herself thrust into a dark world and in Chop’s clutches. With the help of an insider, she was soon with King and Ray. Ray contacted Bear, and with the help of King, they talk him into returning to help the pink haired girl from his past.
I loved seeing the relationship between Thia and Bear grow. Thia grew up quickly over her teenage years, having dealt with loss and mental issues in her family. She was hands on when it came to her family’s farm and worked a couple of jobs to help support them. She did what she could to survive. She let her walls down around Bear, found someone who cared for her and would do anything to protect her.

Bear… I’ve always loved him, and getting to see inside his head really showed me that he was a loyal and caring person. He has a strong friendship with King, and I could see the regret he had at letting Ray get away. But seeing him with Thia helped him find his way again. He was very protective of her and did everything he could to help her out of her situation. The sexual tension between Bear and Thia was intense. I could see that they both wanted one another, but fear was holding Bear back.
I really enjoyed Lawless and wasn’t expecting that to happen in the end. There were a few moments that had me on edge, as the danger to both Bear and Thia was constantly there. I liked seeing King and Ray again too, and their growing family. Throughout everything though, they support Bear and help him with every decision that he makes. There was a scene that was a bit to similar to what happened in King, that annoyed me… these men and pushing their girls away… but overall, I loved the book and I’m eager to grab Soulless to see what happens next!

This was the sweetest moment between Bear and Thia... my heart was aching for him!!
“Baby, I’m sorry,” he said dropping his forehead to mine in a rare moment of vulnerability. His voice was rough and shaky. “Help me. Please. I don’t know what I’m doing here.”
“What are you trying to do?” I asked. He raised up, just enough to look me in the eye.
“I’m trying to love you.”

T.M. (Tracey Marie) Frazier resides in sunny Southwest Florida with her husband and three feisty fur kids.
She attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she specialized in public speaking. After years working in real estate and new home construction, she decided it was finally time to stop pushing her dreams to the back burner and pursue writing seriously.
In the third grade she wrote her very first story about a lost hamster. It earned rave reviews from both her teacher and her parents.
It only took her twenty years to start the next one.
It will not be about hamsters.
