Nomi’s Weekly Wrap Up #75

Nomi’s Weekly Wrap Up is a combined meme with the Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer and Stacking The Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. I’ll share news, post a recap of the past week and tell you what will be happening on my blog in the week ahead. I will also tell you about the books and goodies that I have managed to pick up.
So I had a scary start to the week… We had a hot weekend and three bushfires started. They merged into one big fire and were headed straight toward us!! They got within 5km’s (around 3miles) and burnt 13,000 hectares! It was quite a windy day, so we are lucky a cold change came through during the night and they were able to contain it!

In book blog news, I managed to get a fair bit done this week and I think I am finally back into the groove of things! I am on top of posts and getting a fair bit of reading done. I snagged a few things from NetGalley, I just can’t keep away!! I might miss something if I do! lol

Oh wow. That sounds scary! Glad the fires missed you!

As for your haul...Ooh nice! Only one I've read here was The Shadow Prince! Read it forever ago it seems. Think it was one of those limited time free reads on Edelweiss. So they couldn't reject me then! Loved it!

Hope you enjoy all your shiny new reads!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

    Have a GREAT day!

  6. I'm glad the fires didn't get any closer. Scary! I need to stay away from NetGalley for a while. I binged there this week. But The Shadow Prince looks really good. Come see what I got at Ms. Martin Teaches Media and Inside of a Dog. Happy reading!
