Review/Giveaway ~ Wild by Sophie Jordan

Title: Wild
Author: Sophie Jordan
Series: The Ivy Chronicles #3
Genre: NA Contemporary Romance
Published: November 18th 2014

A good girl goes fabulously bad in the final book in New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan’s sexy New Adult romance series, in which three Ivy League suite-mates seek higher knowledge of just how far they can go.

Months after her boyfriend dumped her, Georgia can still hear the insults he hurled at her. Boring. Predictable. Tame. Tired of feeling bad, she’s ready to change her image, and go a little wild. What better way to prove her ex wrong than a hot night of sexual adventure at the secret campus kink club?

In the shadowy den of the kink club, she unexpectedly runs into Logan Mulvaney, her friend’s little brother. A player extraordinaire too hot for his own good, he may be younger, but the guy is light years ahead when it comes to sexual experience. Now he’s telling her to go home—“good girls” don’t belong here!

Georgia is tired of having others define her. She’s going to teach Logan a lesson he won’t forget—one white hot, mind-wrecking kiss . . . that leads to another . . . and another . . . and. . . . Realizing she’s way in over her head, Georgia runs.

Only Logan won’t let her go. Everywhere she goes he’s there, making her want every inch of him. Making her forget who she is. Who he is. And just how wrong they are for each other.

What can I say but wow!! I think Logan might be my favourite guy from this series! Although he is the youngest at 18, he sure has that alpha–male trait that I love. I learnt through the previous books that he is pretty experienced when he came to girls and he sure showed me; he is hot, intense and determined.

Gerogia is such a stubborn and scared character because she doesn’t want to upset her Mother by deviating from the life that was set out for her. This stubbornness was frustrating at times because she couldn’t see that what she had in front of her, with Logan, was perfect. The push and pull game continued throughout the book as Gerorgia worked out her feelings for Logan.

I loved watching Georgia and Logan’s relationship develop. Logan is very aware of how he looks and is very confident. He pushes Georgia to her limits and she tries to show that same confidence and does things to prove her point. The passion between them was sizzling from the moment they locked eyes in the infamous kink club and their sexual encounters are just damn hot!!

There were a few hurdles along the way and most of it was because of Georgia’s insecurities. The relationship she has with her mother is difficult and I could see how much she wanted to please her, but Logan was able to see the real Georgia and would constantly call her out on it. I loved how she wanted to step out of her comfort zone and mix things up a little and being around Logan certainly helped.

Again, I loved how Sophie Jordan pieced this story together; the sexual tension between the characters was extremely thick and I just wanted them to find that perfect rhythm with one another. I loved seeing the previous couples return as they are all close throughout the series. Now that this series is over, I am extremely keen to read more of Sophie’s other work.
