Review ~ Play Me Hot (Play Me #2) by Tracy Wolff

Title: Play Me Hot
Author: Tracy Wolff
Series: Play Me #2
Genre: Erotic Romance
Expected Publication: December 2nd 2014

Return to a world of secrets and desires. In the sultry second installment of an eBook original serial from the New York Times bestselling author of Ruined and Addicted, Aria and Sebastian turn up the heat. But will they get burned?

My name is Aria Winston. I’ve fought desperately to escape the seedy underbelly of Las Vegas. Now I’m on my own, in control of my own life and my own destiny . . . just the way I like it. Until Sebastian Caine changes everything.

If getting tangled up with her new boss is wrong, Aria doesn’t want to be right. Powerful men usually have a way of thinking they can take whatever they want while giving nothing back, but Sebastian is different. He’s gentle with her body. Rough in all the right places. And hot enough to make Aria break every last rule she’s set for herself. But with her history, it’ll take more than mind-blowing sex to heal the pain deep inside . . . no matter how good Sebastian’s intentions are. She’s spent her entire life fighting for control of her own life, and no one’s going to take that from her. But the more time she spends in Sebastian’s world, the deeper she’s drawn into his sensual games.

Play Me is an erotic serial intended for mature audiences. Aria and Sebastian’s story continues in Play Me: Hard.

Play Me Hot continues immediately where I left off from the first book, and I tell you that these two have amazingly intense chemistry! Their sexual encounter is oh-so-hot, as their passion really kicks off.

But it’s not just the chemistry that sucked me in, it was seeing the soft side to Sebastian too. He may come across all hard and confident, but he is caring as well. He can feel that his connection with Aria is more than sex and wants to do right by her. The intensity of what happened between Aria and Sebastian effects Aria so much that I saw a slight change in her, but she still wants to prove to herself and Sebastian that she can be independent.

This story continued beautifully and took both characters on a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. I saw a bit more to both characters and how Aria’s past is creeping in on her feelings for Sebastian. I need to move onto the next one ASAP!

  6. Hmm, I'm even more curious now, Naomi. I enjoy seeing that softer side of an alpha male and Sebastian seems to have really shown his. And I'm interested in how his actions affect Aria. I can't wait to see more of your thoughts. :)
