I cannot believe how much I am loving this series! Two books in and I am addicted! The Covenant Series has been a helluva ride so far, and I just want more. It is full of mystery, action and some moments that will have you swooning!

The kids are on school holidays right now and I haven’t had a lot of time to blog. I was busy playing catch-up one of the days this week, replying to comments and visiting a few people. I am slowly reading a few books and even made a trip to the library, although I have 2 books from there already… the kids forced me to go *wink*

Other than that, the weather has been great, warming up down here and we have pulled out our shorts! Whoo hoo!! And I may have come home from the shops and realised I had a HUGE tear in my favourite shorts! Lol I’m not sure when it happened, hopefully after I finished getting groceries, but lucky I had black panties on!! Bwahahaha! Anything funny happen to you?

After reading Easy and learning that the second book was from Lucas' POV, I was a little excited to see his side of the story and getting to know him more. Each chapter is divided in two sections: Landon - before College, and Lucas - during college. It gave me greater insight to see what Lucas was like as a teenager and how he lived life after the incident.

I have to tell you, yet again, how much I am enjoying this series. It is a sizzling read, but the secrets and suspense have me hooked too. I am trying to figure everything out and when something is revealed, I am in shock, but I still crave more!

I am a fan of Nalini’s Guild Hunter and Psy-Changling books, so when I saw this new series of hers, I just had to give it a go. I have seen a lot of people conflicted about this book, but I think it was a good introduction to the series and has left it wide open for more in the series, as we were introduced to plenty of interesting side characters.

I have been keen to get more of Cannon since I met him in Getting Rowdy (Love Undercover #3). He was the kind of character that stuck with me and as soon as I saw he had his own book I was quick to snap up a copy. And I’ll tell you… he is better than I remember! He is a little older, has a new direction in life and now fights professionally! Totally hot body, cocky attitude… Yes please!!

We won the Netball Grand Final!! Whoo hoo! It was such a thrilling game! I played in defence for 3 quarters, and we were down at the last change, so they moved me into the shooting position and I shot the winning goal with seconds to spare!! It was such a crazy day and it all went so fast!

I have read a few books that have been on my kindle for a while. I also 1-clicked a few books, but most were 99c pre-orders so it couldn’t be helped. They were the next book in the series that I want! Oh well, I will get to them as soon as I can.

The kids started holidays too. They deserve this two week break before tackling the final term of school! Christmas will be here before we know it!
