Nomi’s Weekly Wrap Up is a combined meme with the Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer and Stacking The Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. I’ll share news, post a recap of the past week and tell you what will be happening on my blog in the week ahead. I will also tell you about the books and goodies that I have managed to pick up.
I have been a little quiet this week. I haven’t been feeling well, hopefully it’s just a bug! I have been reading a few books, immersed myself in a series and am currently doing another Beta Reading job, which I really enjoy!! (Mystery Rises by Marilyn Phillips!)
Hubby’s team lost the footy… So we are all done for another year. It will most likely be the end until the kids start to get serious with their sports!

ReplyDeleteI got a Katie McAllister Book on CD as part of a win - Dragons!! That's a pleasure read. I'm waiting on a couple of approvals from NetGalley on some others - and the usual pile / mix of everyweek reads I do.
ReplyDeletePinked looks good - I will have to check out that series!
I really like Lori Foster. She's a fun writer. Although I haven't loved her more recent series as much as some of her older books. That said, I'm still really excited about Getting Rowdy! Hope you enjoy it! Happy reading :)
ReplyDeletePink looks good, hope you enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon :) Great week!

ReplyDeleteAww... thanks!! medication is helping I think!!
ReplyDeleteI am so loving it, that I can't help but share!
ReplyDeleteThe first book was a bit of an emotional roller coaster and real intense at places, so i was keen to get Pinked!! Thanks for stopping in Gaele!
ReplyDeleteThe first book I read was the one previous to this one Bared to You... and I couldn't help but want some Rowdy!!
ReplyDeleteI'm getting there... sick of this cough though!
ReplyDeleteI started it today... enjoying it so far!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much.... I'm starting to improve!
ReplyDeleteDAMN IT!! I knew I was going to love him!! My stop isn't for like 5 weeks, so I won't read it until the end of the month......
ReplyDeleteYes.... more relaxing, it was great actually, not having to rush around!
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg! Was disappointing, but oh well!!
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better soon, Can't say I am a fan of footy but I use to watch hubby play, although usually he came home with black eyes. I love the cover of getting rowdy, very drool worthy. Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteGreat haul!! I haven't heard of Getting Rowdy, but I have heard of the Pierced series. Although I don't think I ever learned what they where about. Which is kind of weird when you think about it.
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better Naomi :D
I think it's the last year now. He's 37 this year, still playing 1sts (AFL)
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to Rowdy's book, and I'm on the mend, but there is more sickness in the house!! Yay!
Haha!! Yes! I'm getting better, and reading cures everything!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kimberly. I have really enjoyed the Pierced series, touches on some dark aspects but overall not a bad paranormal series.
ReplyDeleteit never seems to end when you have kids
ReplyDeleteSounds good Bea!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better real soon. Enjoy the new book, I haven't seen the Pierced series. :)
