Feature & Follow #5

Feature & Follow is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee & Alison Can Read. The purpose is to meet new people and gain more followers in the book blogging community. If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

Here’s this week’s question:
What hyped up book do you think was not worth all the talk?

I would have to say The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa. I really liked the book but found it a bit slow and the storyline built up slowly. I was expecting a bit more action and maybe a bit more WOW factor, but it didn’t quite get there. I liked the different world and I am looking forward to the next book.

What do you think?
What's your FF?

I loved The Immortal Rules and so did my sister. I'm sad you didn't really enjoy it as much as we did, but maybe Book 2 will be better for you.
