Melanie is Brooke's fun loving best friend. She has dreamed of finding the ONE, and has begun to lose hope. Her BF has moved on and she is feeling a little left behind. When she crosses paths with Greyson, she knows that she has a connection with him, and the passion they share is scorching. I liked getting to know Melanie better, seeing her struggles, her secrets and how she hides it all behind her bubbly personality.
Greyson… Well he is dangerous! He is the guy you never want to cross paths with if you deal with the Underground. I was often fanning myself because of his dirty words, how he never holds back and his take charge personality. If this guy has his sights set on you, you are his until he says otherwise! Greyson knows he shouldn't drag Melanie into his world, but he is addicted to her. Getting to know about his past and seeing how he grew into the cold man he is today was heartbreaking. But when he was with Melanie, I think my lady parts were quivering too!
Katy Evans has sucked me into her incredible world yet again! Told from alternating POV's, Rogue is a scorching, passionate and intense read, with characters that fell hard and fast for one another. Things aren't always easy, because of other ways they are connected and at times my heart tried to pump out of my chest in the intense scenes. I loved seeing small glimpses of Remy, Brooke, Racer and the rest of Remy's entourage too. How all their lives are connected was a great twist to the story. I cannot wait to get more of this world, and I think Pandora's book is going to be a helluva lot of fun!!
