He’s silent—but his touch speaks louder than words.

At first sight, Savannah is drawn to the harsh appeal of a man who refuses to talk to her. Keenan’s hard stare is arrogant and unapologetic. The quirk of his sensuous lips is cocky and in control.

But there’s more. There’s something deeper he’s trying to hide behind those steely grey eyes—a slight hint of vulnerability which captures her intrigue.

She’d been warned, told that his silence hides a myriad of lies capable of affecting her career and relationships with loved ones. Only she can't help herself. Testing Keenan's defenses is an addiction she can't deny.

Falling in lust is easy. Learning his secrets comes with a price. The cost? Her broken heart.

I've read a lot of books by Eden Summers, but this one has shot to the top of my favourite list! I found myself emotionally connected to Inarticulate quite quickly. I loved that Keenan, the hero in the story, wasn't your typical guy, he had a flaw that you couldn't see at first glance. But what I loved the most was that the heroine, Savannah, was able to see past that to the man that he was beneath the surface. It was a journey of self discovery for Savannah as she fought to find her place in the world in a new city, even if it was temporary.

Savannah was sent to Seattle because of the upcoming sale of the Rydel hotel to Grandosity. She was there to settle the unease running through the staff and to smooth over the sale. She had a connection to one of the staff members at Grandosity, but it seemed to cause more problems for her instead of making things easier. What she never intended to do was fall for a guy, who was dark and mysterious, and seemed to awaken feelings in her she never thought she had.

I loved watching the relationship between Savannah and Keenan grow. There were a lot of hurdles for them to overcome, each one bigger than the next, but there was no denying that they had explosive chemistry. Keenan did everything he could to make Savannah feel special. Savannah struggled because of her connection to another person, but knew in her bones that Keenan was it for her. But secrets have the power to destroy everything if they fester for too long.

The book was told from the third person perspective, following Savannah's point of view for about 90% of the book. There were emails woven into the story that were from Keenan, so I was able to get glimpses into his perspective as well. Inarticulate isn't your typical romance; it was a brilliant and touching read, where the relationship developed quickly despite the differences between the characters. I enjoyed it so much that I know the characters are going to be on my mind for a long time to come!

No this is a kiss!!
And awesome advice in the second Quote...

He didn’t stop looking at her, didn’t quit compelling her into mind-numbing confusion until his mouth pressed against hers, stealing her thoughts of fleeing. He tugged her into his body and kissed her as if nobody was watching. As if nobody else existed. With deft flicks of his tongue and soulful movements of his lips, he made her toes curl and the most delicious sensation ignite in her belly.

“Then give her everything this time. More than you give my mom, or Dominic, and even me. Be yourself, Keenan. And let her love you back.”

Eden Summers is a true blue Aussie, living in regional New South Wales with her two energetic young boys and a quick witted husband.

In late 2010, Eden’s romance obsession could no longer be sated by reading alone, so she decided to give voice to the sexy men and sassy women in her mind.

Eden can’t resist alpha dominance, dark features and sarcasm in her fictional heroes and loves a strong heroine who knows when to bite her tongue but also serves retribution with a feminine smile on her face.
