You know, I heard this series was good from a few people, and I read a snippet and thought, Dayum! I have to read that! So I grabbed Seven Sons ages ago but never got around to it. I am sitting here now, banging my head on the desk saying, Why, why, WHY! Didn’t you start this series earlier? I was expecting it to be all normal MC romance stuff (not that I have read loads of it) but I was not expecting that level of brutal honestly and such a heavy storyline… but hell, I want more!!
Juliette’s (Sammi) story is shocking, to say the least, but it shows the kind of character that she is to pull herself together after six years to seek revenge, she is playing a dangerous game, but is determined to see it through. In Seven Sons, a lot of her past is revealed and the details brought tears to my eyes on a number of occasions. Even to see what she is willing to endure now shocks me, because there is no way in hell that I could!
Seven Sons is a captivating and exhilarating beginning to the series, and Lili St Germain has done a brilliant job piecing it all together. There are so many details revealed in this novella that it has you on the edge of your seat, wondering how Juliette/Sammi will get through it and what she will do next. I am so excited to continue this series to see who is on the hit list next!!
