Autumn is still naive, and finds it difficult to fully trust Hunter at first, especially when it comes to sex. Hunter holds back too, as he deals with his emotions and his past. But they both have secrets and when they both share them, it definitely makes them stronger.
I liked how there were still some fight scenes in this book too. I know Autumn is not a fan of it, but i could see that it was part of Hunter's life and what he liked to do. Having his brother around for support was great too and they find something that they are both happy to do.
This was a fitting end to Autumn and Hunter's story. There are new challenges at every turn, but they are able to find support from some of the family and friends that they have. They both grow as adults and learn to lay everything on the table. I liked the new direction that their lives are heading in and it will inevitably make them a stronger couple. Bravo Miss Wild for weaving such an incredible series!
