Review ~ Wingman (Woman) by Bella Jewel

Wingman (Woman)
Title: Wingman (Woman)
Author: Bella Jewel
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Published: June 17th 2014

All men have a wingman - it's the bro code.

I'd like to say I fit into that code - only I am missing a certain long, hard member that automatically allows me entrance.

That doesn't matter - because for him I'm the ultimate.

His wingman.

Well, in the grand scheme of things - his wing-woman.

Reign Braxton. Womaniser. Asshole. Douche of the century. Sexy as sin but as rule would have it - all sexy men have a problem.
Reign is still lusting after the one that got away.

Enter me. Wing woman of the century, make-ex-jealous extraordinaire.

It's my job.

Why do I do it, you ask? Simple - money.
Reign's obsession gives me a good lifestyle.

I am anything he wants me to be, all for a price of course.
But I go and do something incredibly stupid - I fall in love with my boss. My boss who is in love with his ex.

There are no prizes for second best.

Wingman is the first book of Bella Jewel’s that I have read and I must admit that I really loved it. It was a fun, sassy story that had plenty of humour and sizzling scenes that had me laughing, swooning and enjoying the ride!!

Tia and Reign first met in a club and I must admit it was an entertaining first encounter! Neither of them held back and they say the first things that come to mind. Reign even accuses Tia of having a mental issue and Tia throws lots of insults at him. I laughed so much at this and then when he throws a challenge at her, she grasps it and gets it done. That is how the friendship began and I just knew I would love these two!

Tia, I really liked. She has plenty of spunk and I was often laughing out loud at her thoughts or what she said. She doesn't hold back and she is the kind of girl that brightens your day. Reign, well he is the broody type, but you can see the shift in him when he is with Tia. He has more emotion and let's his walls down a fraction. But when the ex is around he is totally different and is closed off, and they were the times I just wanted to shake him!

Tia and Reign’s close friendship is a great foundation for their relationship. I don't think that they realised the depth of feelings they had for one another. They would often come to each other’s rescue without hesitation. I also liked how there were bikers in this story, they are actually in Bella’s other stories and they were a great bunch of guys and I want to get to know them more.

I read this book in one day as I enjoyed it so much. The way Bella wrote it and had me immersed in the storyline. The characters, although temperamental, were hilarious to read about and I enjoyed the banter between them. Tia is a little moody at times, but it is because she realises what she wants and is making a point, but Reign seems a different person in these moments and takes her down a notch, but she just fights back and I loved that trait about her. I am definitely going to read more of Bella’s books; she has found a new fan in me!!
