Sometimes death is the only way to save a life.
Nesy knows who she is now, knows what she's lost. Determined to save Aydan from his fate, she confronts the only one she blames for everything - Azza. But how can she fight the devil when she is nothing more than human.
The fate of Celestium, Infernum and humanity rests in Nesy's hands. Can she find the strength to confront demons she's never imagined, face fears she's never voiced, and release the one things that has held her world together - her love for Aydan. Some sacrifices should never be made...even for love.
It is so hard to review the final book in the series as you don’t want
to give too much away about what has happened in previous books, but I must say
that Dominus was my favourite book
of the series. It wrapped the series up and was action packed the whole way
through.
Nesy is struggling to come to terms with what happened at the end of Libera Me and wants revenge over what
has happened to Ayden. She wants to do it alone, but her closest friends and
family come to her aide over and over to try and help her. She is constantly
battling the evil forces and her love of Ayden is always on her mind, and whether
or not she can save him. She is often conflicted by her feelings, but she has
only one goal in the end and will sacrifice herself to achieve it if she has
to.
There was a lot of emotion in the book and in a number of places I felt
myself tearing up a little. Nesy’s heart cracked that many times, I’m really
not sure how she had any left! Seeing into the Villains mind was exciting too…
She is probably not the worst Villain I have met, but she is very cunning.
The final book in this series was certainly a ripper!! It was gripping
from beginning to end and I found it hard to put down. Christine’s writing
style kept me glued to the pages and I just wanted to find out what would
happen to Nesy and how she was going to save humanity. Although this story is
finished, you can see glimpses of a spin off at the end which I think would be
very interesting. If you haven’t tried this series, I suggest you do it now!!
I
received a copy of this book from the Author in exchange for an honest review.
