Nomi’s Weekly Wrap Up #89

Nomi’s Weekly Wrap Up is a combined meme with the Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer, Bought, Borrowed and Bagged hosted by Braine @ Talk Supe and Stacking The Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. I’ll share news, post a recap of the past week and tell you what will be happening on my blog in the week ahead. I will also tell you about the books and goodies that I have managed to pick up.
I managed to get a lot of posts done this week. My June schedule is almost completed; I just have a few review books to finish up. I am pretty happy to be so far ahead.

I managed to get some more of my next assessment done, I have one part to go.

And my first week of work went well, I have picked up a few shifts, so it must be a good thing if I am asked back! Who would’ve thought pouring beers and preparing salads could actually be fun!!

  1. Aw yay glad the job is going well! I've enjoyed doing the same in the past. Some places are just fun to work at :) Hope you have a great week Naomi! I'm gonna be working soon to get all caught up like you were. I've so slacked the last couple weeks on getting posts ready. Whew!

  6. Wow you've got June scheduled. That's amazing and I have never been that much in advance with my post. I shall try do do that in July when my exams are. Also you've got some great books. Great post! :)

  7. I should start scheduling my posts more - I usually use the same exact format for every week with the same memes and usually a couple of reviews. I do have like 30 reviews in my drafts, so at times I don't have time to do the weekly memes, I can just post reviews to keep my blog active. I shouldn't have any problems with blogging during the summer since I did not get a job and I'm just staying home, but once I start my honors year of university, I really should start scheduling stuff more carefully.

    Have a good Sunday! :)

  8. You got a lot of fantastic-looking books this week, Naomi, even if I am not familiar with any of them. I just might end up adding them to my own TBR :)

Thanks for stopping by earlier. Have a fantastic week!

  11. Nice assortment of books! I have managed to get pretty far ahead on my blog too. Just one more June review book and I can read books from my stack for a while. Come see what I got at Ms. Martin Teaches Media and Inside of a Dog. Happy reading!

  12. I'm in awe that you're prepared so far in advance, Naomi. I really need to do that! I don't have much scheduled in the next few weeks - no blog tours, etc., so I'll try to get ahead myself. ;) You picked up some fantastic looking books this week. I can't wait to see what you think of them...whether or not you'll twist my arm ;) into one-clicking them. *ha* I hope your weekend has been great! We have a long weekend here - for Memorial Day. And my kids only have 2 more days of school. Woohoo! I think I'm almost as ready for their summer break as they are. *ha*

  39. Yay, so glad work went well for you. I am as always loving your haul. I have read a few and want a few. Yes to being ahead on the blog. That is fantastic. I have the first three weeks of June done, and should have it wrapped up this week hopefully. I lost about a week being sick, but thank the gods I work with a cushion otherwise the blog would have gone dark.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Thanks Brandi. Looking forward to it myself!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thanks Cindy! I hope you enjoy Tease!

  42. I just read and schedule ahead... I have picked 2 days a week to schedule reviews and all the others are for the fluff posts or any promo posts I want to get in on. With only 2 reviews scheduled, I am able to fill the calender quicker... if I read extras, or something that was ok, i Put it on a Saturday. That's it!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Holy hell girl... I had to get this trilogy, was great!

    ReplyDelete
  44. It certainly is less stressful! I don't have to sit here too much to catch up!

    ReplyDelete
  45. You are one who inspires me to be ahead, for that reason alone... life can throw a massive curve-ball!! I hope to have the rest of the post don in the next few days too... Then off to July!! Whoop!
