Nomi’s Weekly Wrap Up is a combined meme with the Sunday Post hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer and Stacking The Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. I’ll share news, post a recap of the past week and tell you what will be happening on my blog in the week ahead. I will also tell you about the books and goodies that I have managed to pick up.
I had a relatively quiet week this week, yay!! Did all the normal blogging things and surfed NetGalley (as you do). Netball training started already… blah!! But I will endure because extra exercise always helps!! Hope you all have a great week!!

NetGalley, it is a dangerous place.:D
ReplyDeleteI keep meaning to ask you, what is netball? Is it what we Americans call volleyball or something else?
Breath into me looks really good! I hope you enjoy it :) I been trying to stay away from Netgalley, but its been hard
ReplyDeleteOoh nice reads! Those are completely new to me! Hope you enjoy them all!
ReplyDeleteMy STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
Breathe into Me looks good, and I have been thinking about requesting.
ReplyDeleteIs it Netball time already? Gads has it been a year or do you play two seasons? I am loving your haul..you and your netgalley...LOL
ReplyDeleteYay for The Boys of Summer! I heart that book. Have fun with netball, you know you do! :)
ReplyDeleteNice haul there. I've read Fawkes and enjoyed her. Can't wait to hear about that one.
ReplyDeleteThose are some hot covers! I haven't heard of a few of them, but I hope you enjoy them all! Happy reading, Naomi :)
ReplyDeleteStop by my haul
I am always who-hawing around Netgally... it sure does lead to more and more books doesn't it??? LOL Enjoy your haul!
ReplyDeleteBreathe into Me and The Boys of Summer looks really interesting. i've been avoiding Netgalley lately because I also get out of control when requesting books :D
ReplyDelete- My Sunday Post
"Surf Netgalley as you do"....um HECK YEAH. It's just as awesome as Goodreads, almost, except I end up requesting too many and then goodness knows what I'll do if I get approved. Hehe. Read Me Now titles are the death of me. My StS!
ReplyDeleteNice haul! I hope you enjoy all your books :)
ReplyDeleteMy StS .
Zareena @ Books and Books
Great Haul!! Have a wonderful Sunday!!
ReplyDeleteHere is my post
What stands out for me today are the covers…my favourites are Breathe into me and Sweet Ruin. Enjoy your books and the week.
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday post is here
Sometimes I think I spend to much time "surfing" netgalley :)
ReplyDeleteThis week was rather quiet for me too. Great Haul
Have fun at Netball Practice!! Enjoy your week!
Michelle
Because reading is better than real life
I JUST asked for Breathe Into Me last night and I'm hoping I get approved!!! Besides the beautiful cover, it sounds so good :)
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to look up this "netball" thing - I've got no clue what that is! Am I a loser or what?!?!?!?! :)
Have an awesome week!!! My Sunday Post
Aha!!! It's because I'm a silly American that I don't know about Netball!!! It sounds fun and fast!!
ReplyDeleteI also got Breathe into me from Netgalley. There are so many great titles on there and I got all the ones I wanted. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading! Here's my STS for the week.....Following your blog and,if you're not already following, would love a follow back please :-)
ReplyDeleteOoh, looks like some hot reads! Hope you enjoy your new books! Have an awesome week (:
ReplyDeleteNetball is a faced pace game, on a type of basketball court. No contact and no bouncing the ball, catch and pass to the next player and get a goal, no backboard. Hope that helps!!
ReplyDeleteI can't help it! lots of good stuff there!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jessica!I will!!
ReplyDeleteJust get it!! lol I can't be the only one happy to get everything!!
ReplyDeleteOne season goes for about 24 weeks, I think it starts end of march, so we need to start picking sides.... I'm not keen yet, but I need to exercise!!
ReplyDeleteI hosted it a long time ago on my blog and kicked myself back then when I didn't review it! I'm looking forward to it, especially because the Author is Australian too *wink*
ReplyDeleteHehe.... I am keen to read that one for sure!!
ReplyDeleteI know... I am a sucker for hot covers!! Gotta have them!
ReplyDeleteIt does!! lol Not that I don't have enough to read!!
ReplyDeleteI think that is the point!! they suck you right in!!
ReplyDeleteHahaha!!! Me too!! Waaaay to many books that I really don't have time to read! Oh well!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I will for sure!
ReplyDeleteof course.... I only requested them for the covers!! lol
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle!! I am glad I am not the only one unable to control the urges!! lol
ReplyDeleteIt is fast!! I really enjoy playing it and we have a great group of girls too. Right now though, it is still too hot!! Not keen as of yet!!
ReplyDeleteNetGalley is just too dangerous!! But I'm glad I get approved most of the time too!!
ReplyDeleteThamks Molly!! Will be sure to check it out!
ReplyDeleteI know.... I'm keen to get started!!
ReplyDeleteOh! Loving the looks of the books I see! Looks like they'll be some hot reads!! :D
ReplyDeleteAwesome stack o' books, Naomi. :) I loved The Boys of Summer. I'm kinda jealous of a few on your list, too. *ha* I'm on a couple of the same tours with you, so I look forward to seeing what you think and chatting about the books. :) Enjoy your week!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah I know!! I'm booked until May because of Netgalley. Not complaining though, not at all. I've got awesome books that I would have bought anyway & I get to read them ahead of time & interact with authors. It doesn't get any better than that. Although it's expensive for authors to put their books on there. Thanks for stopping by my blog :)
ReplyDeleteQuiet weeks are good and NetGalley is bad! *tee hee* Extra exercise will pay off in the end!!! Love the Haul this week and I really like the cover for Captivate me :)
ReplyDeleteChanzie @ Mean Who You Are.
There are some HOT looking covers there. I wouldn't be able to resist those! I've been trying to exercise more, taking part sometimes in the Book Bloggers Walk Challenge. Not doing so well at it though. I will get there though!
ReplyDeleteO know!! Looking forward to them too!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brandee!! I feel like I have a book attached to my arm at all times lately!! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI KNOW!! I can't help it.... I'm just naughty! I'm keen to start Captivate me!
ReplyDeleteYes, you will!! I am usually on the treadmill for a bit each day too.
ReplyDeleteOh, I got the first three book in the Summer series a few weeks ago - I won them from Brandee :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I need to click through to read your review of Panic. I haven't been around here as often as usual these past two weeks, classes started again, and I'm exhausted but happy.
Have a fabulous day, Naomi :)
Lexxie @ (un)Conventional Bookviews
The Boys of Summer was a fun read! I loved it.... reminisced about the 1990's!! So cool!
ReplyDeleteI am starting online courses next week, so I'm sure I won't be as regular either, so don't worry!!
What are your courses in, Naomi? Exciting that you're starting again, too. I love my classes, but I do hopw I'll be able to finish my Bachelor degree this summer.
ReplyDeleteI am beginning a Proof reading and Copyediting course. I really enjoy doing Beta reading, so I'd like more details for doing it.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome, Naomi! Good luck :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Lexxie! So far so good!!
